There was traffic chaos on a Sydney highway on Wednesday evening as police carried out an investigation.
Officers are thought to have found a body on or near the Hume Motorway at Campbelltown, leading them to close all northbound lanes, the Daily Telegraph reported.
The closure caused massive tailbacks as traffic was diverted from Narellan Road.
The highway has since fully reopened.
Motorists had been told to avoid the area.
