It appears Binge found some of the biggest personalities in Australia for its new reality TV show, FBoy Island.
From a male entertainer, cheerleader and professional DJ to an electrician, accountant and veterinarian, there is certainly a mix.
In the new Binge series, based on a successful US format and hosted by Abbie Chatfield, three women try to find a potential partner among a group of 24 men – half of whom are self-proclaimed “nice guys” and the others, “f**k boys”.
The three women – occupational therapist Molly O’Halloran, 26, professional DJ Sophie Blackley, 26, and model Ziara Rae, 21 – must figure out which men are “FBoys” who are just there to take home a cash prize, and which are genuinely there to find love.
News.com.au spent a day on set during filming and can confirm one thing the cast certainly does not lack is confidence.

It was only week two in the villa when news.com.au spoke to the guys but the tension was already high.
Caleb Duncan, a 31-year-old personal trainer, said he’d been in “a lot of disagreements”.
The reason? Too many different personalities in one house.
“I have a strong, dominant personality; if I don’t like something I’m going to tell you I don’t like it. If I don’t like you, I’m going to tell you I don’t like you because I’m a genuine person,” he said.
The American who now lives in Sydney said Chatfield was always calling him out on his behaviour, but with six sisters he was used to it.
He insisted while he hoped to entertain, he was there to find love.
Duncan believes you can be an “F boy” and a nice guy.
“I think that’s what women need, possibly a little inbetweener,” he said.
“If he’s too much of an F boy, he’s dangerous but if he’s too good, he’s boring. Who wants a boring guy? Unless you want a guy just to have a guy.”
Justin Leo, a male entertainer from Sydney, agreed.
“F boys can have a heart too,” he said.
The 29 year-old, who has been married and divorced, said it was hard to date in his profession, which was also his passion.
Leo described the FBoy Island experience as “intense”, while Nico Marshall, 26, added there was “a lot of tension”.
“It’s a bit of a different experience especially because there’s 24 guys talking to three women at the start,” Marshall said. “It’s crazy man.”
The painter and part-time model from Sydney said he joined the show because he hadn’t had time to focus on his love life in the outside world and admitted he was also looking for a career change.
“I’ve spent more time talking to women here than I do in the outside world because the last few years I’ve been focusing on myself and work, trying to make a living and help my family out,” he said.
Clay Wong, a YouTube content creator from Melbourne, said he was on the show because he too hadn’t had time to date in the real world.
The 26-year-old said he was proud to represent the Asian-Australian community.
“I feel like there’s not many that get the chance to be on TV so [I’m] super privileged and I want to do us proud,” he said.
“I feel like a lot of Asians can be looked at in a not so outgoing way and nerdy or whatever, but I don’t want to let that stereotype grow.
“I want to embrace [that] you can be out there, you can be an F boy, you can be a nice guy, you can be real and sincere all at the same time.”
The other men on FBoy Island include mechanical engineer Angin, 27, property manager Ryan, 27, from Western Australia, and content creator Lakshya, 22, from South Australia.
The Queenslanders include country boy Mitch, 24, deckhand Eric, 24, bodybuilder Josh, 25, vet Riccardo, 28, resort lifeguard James, 24, and events logistics manager Izaya.
The Victorians include railway operations manager Ben, 29, cheerleader Eden, 25, personal trainer Sean, 24, and emergency officer Darcy, 26.
And from NSW, there is construction manager Nick, 24, carpenter Joshy, 26, accountant Mikey, 37, electrician Joey, 25, professional DJ Benny, 31, professional basketballer Cory, 30, and physiotherapist Jonathan, 27.
