Grant Denyer shared an adorably dorky throwback photo on social media and the response was hilarious.
Taking to Instagram, the former Sunrise presenter posted a snap with the caption: “Cutie pie alert”.
“You think it’s not possible to have a fringe, flat top, braces AND a ‘rat’s tail’ at the same time?
“Well s***w you. It’s been done. By me.
“And it was glorious.”
The picture was hashtagged “quadruplethreat” next to hashtags #hornbag, #rulebreaker and #gamechanger.

It wasn’t long before the post received some hilarious comments, one of them being from the Gold Logie winner’s wife Chezzi.
“Bahahahaha I love this photo,” she wrote.
“Unsure about the rat’s tail to be fair.”
The Dancing With The Stars champion wrote back: “And that’s why we’ll never last, with hate speech like that!”
Singer and fellow DWTS alum Ricki-Lee wrote: “MAJESTIC.”
“I loved you in The Breakfast Club,” Today Extra host David Campbell joked, referring to the 80s film.
“Bwahahaha. What a catch!,” actor and Australian Idol alum Rob Mills added.
“I will never be able to un-see this,” one person wrote.
“Damn, Denyer, save some babes for the rest of us!” another said.
“If this isn’t Chezzi Denyer’s new wallpaper and lockscreen pic I’ll be disappointed,” a third joked.
Grant and Chezzi are parents to three girls — Sailor, Scout and Sunday.
Many of the TV presenter’s fans noticed a striking resemblance between him and his daughters at this age, particularly Sailor.
“Omg your girls are so you,” one fan wrote.
“I see your daughters in this photo,” another said.
“Sailor looks so much like you,” said a third wrote.
“All Sailor needs is a flat top and braces and you’d be almost identical,” a fourth noted.
