ALDI’s heated clothes airer is a must-have for winter
The airer, clothes horse, drying rack… whatever you call it in your home… is dropping in the much-loved middle aisle on Saturday 29th April for $59.99. A total bargain when you see the price tag of other similar items online.
So let’s discuss exactly what this piece of magic does. According to the ALDI website, the aluminum airer has a max power of 230W and can hold up to 15kg of damp clothing. Depending on your machine, that could be a decent two loads of washing.
The airer boasts 20 heating tubes, which are the hero features of this product and sets it apart from a standard airer that you would usually use all year round.
It also folds flat, making storage that little bit easier and ideal for apartment living.

Now, before you start planning your early morning lining up to get your hands on one of these beauties, be prepared that you might actually walk away empty-handed.
The item is listed as “experiencing delays” online, which means some stores might not actually have the product in stock in time for the Special Buys sale.
Still, something tells us that customers will still try their luck – especially given how popular their normal clothes airer is.
ALDI Australia’s Facebook group has plenty of posts from people who love the regular product.
