Bochara, Victoria crash: Video from inside car, third crash victim identified as Lucus Garzoli

Shocking video has emerged from inside a car moments before it crashed on a Victorian country road, killing a woman and three teenagers.

Alicia Montebello, 31, Year 10 student Joshua Elmes, Lucus Garzoli, and two teenage girls were inside a Toyota Corolla when it crashed into a tree – killing four and leaving one fighting for life.

The video posted to Snapchat on the night of the crash shows the car barrelling down a dark road as one of the passengers asks about the speed of the car.

“What speed are we doing?,” a male can be hard saying.

“130”, a female replies.

“Sweet”, he responds.

A 17-year-old girl – the sole survivor of the crash – remains in hospital in a serious but stable condition after suffering critical injuries to the upper body during the incident.

‘Beautiful boy’: Third crash victim identified

A third victim was identified on Monday as 17-year-old Lucus Garzoli.

Lucus’ Facebook account was filled with images of decked-out cars, with the teen describing himself as a “driving” enthusiast alongside his hobbies of playing video games and going to the gym.

“You only live once so make it a good f**king life,” his Facebook intro read.

The revelation came after tributes began appearing online for two of the other victims, who had already been named.

Some of the teens involved are believed to be students at Baimbridge College in nearby Hamilton, a town of around 10,000 people.

The identity of the fourth person killed in the crash at Bochara, 300km west of Melbourne, a teenage girl, is not yet known.

Remembered as a “beautiful boy”, loved ones of Lucus took to Facebook to pay their respects to the young teen.

“Lucus was a beautiful boy we will always forever cherish the moments we spent with him,” one person wrote.

Lyn Lucas mourned her “gorgeous grandson”.

“I will miss that beautiful face,” she said.

The other teenage boy who died in the collision had been identified earlier as 17-year-old Joshua Elmes, was also believed to be an army cadet like Lucas.
