There is less than one day left on Etihad Airways’ huge flash sale.
Aussies can snap up sale fares from Sydney and Melbourne to Europe and the Middle East from $1,249 return.
The eligible travel dates are between October 4 and November 22 this year but the flights must be booked by October 3.
Travellers can fly from Australia’s two largest cities to 13 international destinations with the Abu Dhabi-based airline.
“Australians are keen adventurers, and so we’ve been focused on expanding our international network to serve them better,” Sarah Built, Etihad Airways’ vice president of sales in Australasia, told news.com.au.
“This year alone we’ve added 11 new destinations, including European destinations like Lisbon, Mykonos, Copenhagen and Dusseldorf.”
Ms Built added: “With travel out of Australia firmly back on the map post the pandemic, we’re actively exploring new destinations to give our guests even more choice in the near future.”
For those looking to visit the “City of Love”, the return sale fares include Sydney to Paris from $1,249 and Melbourne to Paris from $1,629.
Aussies wishing to visit Italy can find discounted return fares from Sydney to Milan from $1,399 and Melbourne to Milan from $1,459, as well as Sydney to Rome from $1,639 and Melbourne to Rome from $1,709.
The airline’s new routes to Copenhagen, Denmark and Dusseldorf, Germany, which began just this month, are also on sale.
Sydney to Copenhagen return fares are priced from $1,559 and Melbourne to Copenhagen are from $1,509.
Sydney to Dusseldorf return fares are from $1,719 and Melbourne to Dusseldorf are from $1,709.
