Commonwealth Bank customers are fuming after the Netbank app went down on Tuesday night.
Customers trying to log into the app cannot access their accounts.
“We’re working to fix an issue affecting our services,” a notification reads upon an attempt to log in.
“We’re aware some customers may be encountering difficulties with some of our services right now.
“We are urgently investigating this and we’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.”
Angry customers have taken to social media to express their frustration.
“Netbank is down … help!” one person wrote.
Another person posted: “Can’t seem to pull account balances for any accounts across CommBank App and Netbank.”
