Raquel Leviss is alleging that Scheana Shay punched her in the face during their “heated confrontation” over her affair with Tom Sandoval.
The former pageant queen, 28, shared shocking images of the injuries in court documents obtained by Page Six.
Leviss claimed that Shay, 37, bruised her eye after she confessed to having a “months-long affair” with Vanderpump Rules co-star Sandoval, while he was dating Shay’s best friend Ariana Madix.
Leviss filed a restraining order against Shay on Tuesday, in which she claimed that her co-worker “pushed her against a brick wall,” causing “injury” to the back of her head.
The reality star also alleged that her former friend “punched” her in the face, causing an injury to her left eye.
The photos show a make-up free Leviss with black-and-blue marks on her face and a cut on her eyebrow.
Leviss claims, per the documents, that Shay has not apologised for the incident and that she is allegedly telling friends that she would “do it again” if she found out that more emotional distress was put upon Madix, 37.
Aside from the visible injuries, Leviss alleges that she also has “blurred vision” and “swelling” to her left eye.
But Shay has hit back through her lawyer.
“This entire case is a fabrication by a known liar and a cheat who has betrayed everyone close to her,” Neama Rahmani, President of West Coast Trial Lawyers, tells Page Six in a statement.
“Scheana never punched Rachel, period,” the former federal prosecutor continues, referring to Leviss by her legal name.
“The supposed dark markings around her left eye have been there for months.”
Rahamni added: “Neither Scheana nor other cast members want anything to do with Rachel going forward.”
The lawyer believes the judge “has only heard a one-sided account” of the alleged altercation thus far.
“And we look forward to presenting the full and true story at the March 29 hearing,” Rahmani concludes.
A rep for Leviss did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Andy Cohen says the restraining order could affect the Vanderpump Rules Season 10 reunion.
“I haven’t gotten into it,” the Bravo exec admitted Wednesday during his SiriusXM radio show.
“The reunion is in like two and a half weeks, and I think there will be a lot happening in those two and a half weeks. I mean, there’s so much happening every single day.”
Cohen then suggested he could do a “one off” sit-down with Leviss and Shay individually, if they choose not to show up to the upcoming New York City reunion.
“I don’t want to lean into hypothetical situations because I don’t want to be quoted talking about a hypothetical,” he continued.
“All I can say is we’re going to deliver a reunion and that’s what I can tell you … it’s going to be great.”
On March 3, the news broke that Sandoval, 39, had been cheating on Madix with Leviss.
Sources told Page Six that Madix found out about the infidelity after she discovered sexually explicit texts and video from Leviss on her longtime partner’s phone.
The former couple were in Los Angeles at the time, while Shay and Leviss were in New York City promoting “Vanderpump Rules.”
“After taping ‘Watch What Happens Live,’ Scheana and Raquel went out to drinks with friends,” a source previously told us.
“At one point in the night, Scheana lost Raquel and then found her outside of the bar on the phone with Ariana, who Scheana could hear was bawling.”
The insider continued, “A heated confrontation ensued following the revelation. They went back to the hotel separately and haven’t seen each other nor spoken since.”
Leviss issued a public apology on Wednesday, which was the first time she had addressed the scandal.
“I want to apologise for my actions and my choices, foremost to Ariana [Madix] and to my friends and the fans so invested in our relationships.”
She added, “There is no excuse. I am not a victim, and I must own my actions, and I deeply regret hurting Ariana.”
Meanwhile, Sandoval has also issued a belated mea culpa of his own, stating in part, “I want to apologise to Ariana. I made mistakes, I was selfish, and made reckless decisions that hurt somebody I love. No one deserves to feel that pain so traumatically and publicly.”
We’ve been told that Madix is “heartbroken” over the cheating and that she feels “betrayed” by Leviss.
