UK pop singer Rita Ora spent Easter hanging out with P.E. Nation founder and influencer Pip Edwards.
Edwards, 43, who has over 190,000 followers on Instagram, posted a photo of her at the beach alongside Ora and Anna Lahey, the founder of collegian powder brand Vida Glow.
The fashion designer rocked a one-piece, but Ora and Lahey were in matching black bikinis, and the girls were all smiling for the camera and enjoying Sydney’s perfect long weekend weather.
She wrote, “It’s a very happy Easter Sunday when sandwiched between these two rigalicious powerhouse women.”
Yes, rigalicious is a word now, get used to it.
Naturally fans were excited to see three famous ladies hanging out. It isn’t every day that an Aussie activewear founder befriends a pop star.
“Stunning,” one praised.
“You look amazing,” another complimented.
“What a combination,” someone remarked.
The beach photos come after Ora was spotted at Sydney airport in a very ninja-like outfit. She wore an all-black outfit with a hoodie, sunglasses and a face mask.
Ora’s concealing look definitely gave away her celebrity status. No one dresses that much like they don’t want to be recognised unless they’re incredibly recognisable.
The singer is clearly done hiding and was looking gorgeous on the beach alongside her well-known friends.
Ora is famously married to New Zealand director Taika Waititi. Yes, the man that directed Chris Hemsworth in Thor.
The couple got married in 2022, and Ora told Glamour UK that there was no formal proposal.
“Well, honestly, there was no real getting down on one knee. It was more like, ‘I want to marry you. Let’s just do it,’” she said
The married couple tend to split their time between London, New Zealand, and Australia, and they were just recently spotted dining at the trendy French restaurant Huberts in Sydney.
Ora is often in town because she’s nabbed a gig as a judge on Seven’s singing competition, The Voice. Her husband’s work also brings him to Australia; he shot the third Thor film in Brisbane.
Ora seems to really embrace Australia when she is here and is known for having a few local celebrity friends. She’s famously been spotted hanging with Hemsworth’s wife, a Spanish model, actor Elsa Pataky, and Aussie actor Isla Fisher.
Ora isn’t shy about her love for Australia. Just last year, she told The Daily Telegraphthat she loves her routine when she’s living here.
“For the past three years, my life has changed drastically because of Australia and it just holds a really close place in my heart. I found love. I found my routine with my physicality,” she said.
