Savvy shoppers are going wild for a $15 handbag from Kmart that looks identical to one from designer brand Prada which retails for $2500.
The department store’s $15 PU Camera Crossbody Bag is currently flying off the shelves after multiple influencers have shown off the trendy new accessory online.
The handbag comes in three colours – black, white and green – and in addition to the main body, has an extra pocket attached to the strap.
The bag has been called a dupe for designer brand Prada’s $2500 Re-Edition 2005 shoulder bag, which also features a sleek black design and extra separate pocket attached.
Sydney fashion influencer Brittany Melinda said the chic bag was the perfect summer accessory.

“How cute is this $15 bag for summer from Kmart,” she wrote alongside a clip of her trying the bag on.
“I love the green but they also have nude and black, which colour would you choose?”
Her followers fell in love with the bag, with many saying they were about to rush to Kmart to buy one.
“It’s so cute! I love it!” one said. “I got the green one, it was in the display window and I wasn’t walking out without it.”
“These bags are such a bargain staple!” wrote another. “Love them, so cute and stylish.”
“No joke, I have been eyeing off these bags for weeks,” posted another. “Just something about the green I love.”
“BRB running out to Kmart right now!” said one.
Fashion enthusiasts have been loving Kmart’s range of handbags lately, with stylist Donny Gallela singing their praises in a recent TikTok video.
The makeover expert point out the “Prada-esque” look of the cross body bag in his clip, where he was showing off five bargain bags for under $20.
Donny added that all of them would make great Christmas gifts for someone stylish.
“This little black bag is so cute, look at that handle and the gold detail, only $12,” he said in the clip.
“Black cross body bag, get all your little essentials in here, it has another little coin pouch as well. Very Prada-esque.”
Kmart dupes have been going viral recently over social media, with many shoppers eager to score a bargain on an otherwise expensive product.
Earlier this year, shoppers were losing it over a “super easy” bargain Kmart dupe of a $5000 coffee table.
A thrifty mum shared her incredible transformation of an old table she bought second hand on Facebook marketplace.
The woman said that the original table had scuffs and marks on it, and was in dire need of a makeover.
She bought Kmart’s popular four-pack stone decking tiles for $29, along with a packet of grout and a tube of superglue.
The woman taped around the side of the table, before applying the decking tiles with glue. She then filled the gaps with grout.
“I bought this table on Marketplace, it’s from Freedom,” she said.
“It had some marks on the top and I used the Kmart decking tiles to create my new coffee table.
“So happy with how it turned out. Thank you Kmart.”
